Refund policy

HK Pai Xuan Network Technology Co., Limited will provide a full refund, including shipping costs for any damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly for assistance in handling the return.

If you are not satisfied with your product, HK Pai Xuan Network Technology Co., Limited will fully refund the cost of returning the product. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process within 15 days of receiving your product. The item must be returned in its original state (if in compliance with the return policy).

How to return and refund?

Within 15 days of receiving the order, submit a return request to the customer service department by contacting us. Please include the reason for the return and photos for verification.

Once we approve your request, please return the product to the address provided by our support team. Please send your item via local email within 15 days.

When we receive a returned package, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original state and has the issues described in the return request.

Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days (processing time depends on your payment method and bank). The original shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, due to the current situation, your refund will take an additional 1-3 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


*The item must be undressed, unwashed, unchanged, undamaged, and have the original label attached. We are unable to process the return of any defective items.

*As all products (including standard sizes) are produced according to orders, we cannot accept the purchase of "buy extra and leave one". Our customer service team may cancel orders believed to have been placed with this intention.

*If a return is received in an unacceptable situation or without our prior knowledge, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

If you cancel within 24 hours after successful purchase and payment, your order will be refunded in full. If you decide to cancel the order, please contact us by email first. If the order has been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.
